despite my usual gullibility, i am generally aware of the date. but for the first time i can remember (or at least the first time in recent memory), my mom got me on an april fool's joke. she woke me up and told me that i had to hurry because it was an hour later because of the time change. i panicked, because i have a plane flight out of here at 1. i still maintain that had i been more than 5 seconds out of dreamland i would have picked up on it. not only should i have remembered the date, but time changes never happen on saturdays and my mom would never neglect to remember one.
