woo easter

Mar 24, 2005 01:07

I'm home for Easter break. A little excited, because that week and a half we had of school in between now and Spring Break really killed me. Seriously. I spent it studying for tests and writing papers. So happy thats over. Wish it really stopped, but no. I actually have a quiz on Tuesday, and I left my book at school because I'M COOL LIKE THAT.

Anyway. Home. And I've been home more than I've been in school this month I think. Wish everyone else was home too. Not that that REALLY matters. I hang out with Brian mostly, mostly because I talk to him daily. I guess.

I can already tell you that this entry is going to be totally random, and possibly long. Hopefully this computer won't shut off halfway through. *knocks on wood* I have this new addiction to cotton candy. Seriously. I crave sugar. PURE sugar. Its kind of bad, mostly because I usually eat it at night, and then don't sleep. Also because I've decided to take that whole diabetes thing seriously. My professor asked me about it (the one who has diabetes), and for some reason her concern made me more concerned than the doctor's concern. Kind of sad that I find my professor more credible than my doctor. ANYWAY. Watching what I eat and balancing meals, and excercise, like the doc's told me, can ONLY be good for me. And a trimmed down body could be great for summer. (not that I feel I'm overweight or anything... just not particularly healthy, what with my diet of diet coke and fried food. And now cotton candy).

So healthy. And organized, now that I have a life plan. Oh yes. I'm double majoring folks: Fine Arts (graphic design) and Communications, with a minor in Art History. Assuming they accept my application, which I'm sure they will. I might have to take another stats class though, which would probably bring down my GPA some more. Way cool.

Saw Beauty and the Beast this weekend, and it was awesome. I feel so old though. I barely know anyone in high school anymore. Though, really, I feel I prefer it that way. I'm definetely over that stage of my life, and definetely grown up. Mostly.

I watched Finding Neverland tonight, which makes me want to have the imagination I once did. *sigh*

There was something else to write about, but I forget. OH. Amazing Race. Cannot wait! Flipper, Phoenix, Pro, FAQ, LL Cool Jacks, Rev, Puck, and K Factor. Woo yes. Woo, yes. $1000 baby. *crosses fingers*

Alright. Sleepy time.

home, movies, school, real life stuff, stonehill fun
