Knitting
Yoga Socks: Frogged, because I have yet to be able to cast on loose enough. Perhaps I should cast on with larger needles. Regardless, the remainder of that yarn will be used to test yoga sock lace patterns for the potential Etsy shop. Eventually.

Baudelaire Socks: Still exactly where I left them, because it's hard to feel like knitting with tiny tiny needles when you're ill.

Pumpkin-Fucker Hat: Not yet cast on, though I'm thinking of doing that now.

More nothing.
And finally, nothing.

52 Books Project
Reading: I've gotten to #17, which means I'm probably a bit behind on my reading, but I know I'll catch up at some point. Sometimes, you just gotta go on a book binge.

Reviewing: Aheh... Well. I need to do quick reviews of Storm Front and Grave Peril, and then I can go back and do reviews of Tammy's books... eventually... erm. I really need to be better about these reviews. It's not like I'm even forcing myself to make them long.

So, yes, that is the state of the Beka as of now. To be fair to myself, I was out of town over the weekend (I got to meet TAMORA PIERCE, you guys! It was fucking AWESOME! She's also about the funniest person I've ever met.) and then I got SICK on Tuesday with something that the clinic says isn't strep throat OR mono, though there's a 25% chance that the mono test will give a false negative in the first week of symptoms, so... y'know. Always a possibility. Regardless, I'm in pain and can hardly swallow LIQUIDS let alone food (which just makes me crave things that require a lot of chewing, go figure), and I can't stand up for too long or I get dizzy and nauseous, though that might be from a lack of proper food the past few days.

...Clearly, you all needed to know about my tribulations. Because, y'know... I hate being sick. Doesn't help that I'm the only one who drives. *sigh*

My plan for tonight:

-Write up Storm Front and Grave Peril reviews
-At least cast on for the Pumpkin-Fucker Hat
-Read Summer Knight until I need to pass out.

...Food should probably also happen at some point, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
