oh my gosh, it has been a while since i updated. well, here i am! i am much, much busier now that i am out of training at work and doing my job. it's so nice to actually be able to CONTRIBUTE something to a company and ENJOY my job. granted, it can get stressful at times, but knowing that i am helping people understand their insurance rather than refreshing myspace every half hour makes me very, very happy.
this past weekened we celebrated christmas with my family. it was wonderful. greg and i got enough money to put toward the computer and plenty of extra. in addition to the money, i got L by gwen stefani (smells SOOOOO good), a beautiful wooden armour for my jewelery, a silver chain necklace, and little odds and ends. greg and i got a lot of gift cards together. my family enjoyed their gifts: i got my mom real gold and topaz earrings, gave my dad and stepmom a GC to p.f. changs in addition to odds and ends for each of them, and i got my grandpa a book on notre dame football. it was successful!!
ah yes, our new computer. i don't know the real stats for the techies out there, but it's a dell inspiron 530 with a ton of memory and a 19" monitor. so...it's an upgrade from the decrepit laptop, i would say. :) our computer-literate friend loaded it with tons of programs, including visio, photoshop, and more. we bought direct through dell and only paid about $1000, including a 2 year warranty! not bad, not bad.
wedding stuff...omggg i am getting married in 3.5 months and i could NOT be more excited. everything is so perfect, falling right into place. this weekend we are organizing invitations and finalizing the addresses that we have.
gotta go now....amanda and i are getting chinese food and seeing juno tonight!
