chris cornell concert!
as usual, i am wide awake the morning following a late night after a concert, so i thought it would be fitting to post the concert highlights before i attempt to go back to sleep...needless to say, it was absolutely amazing!
~greg and i made it 2nd 'row', dead center. AMAZING. we waiting outside for about an hour and snagged the best places in the house, aside from the people in front of us.
~hearing 'call me a dog' and 'like a stone' acoustic, and 'ty cobb'
~getting some AMAZING pictures...i didn't take a bazillion like how i did in cincinnati; i think i got maybe 40?
~getting guitar picks and a twix candy bar thrown at greg and myself
~mad eye contact all night long!! it's legit!!
~getting to touch chris because he came offstage to assist peter in pulling the strings off of his guitar
~SWEATY, SHIRTLESS CHRIS. I WITNESSED IT MYSELF. oh my god.
we hadn't eaten all day, so by the time the show ended we were exhausted, so we decided to not wait around. i just popped onto the CC forums and it sounds like some people snagged themselves a meet and greet....luckyyyyyy!
i'll certainly give a longer update later, and i will definitely upload my pictures...i am telling ya, i cannot believe how amazing some of them came out.....for now, i need to try to go back to sleep, as i actually have things i need to accomplish today!
