Another attempt at an entry
I'm realizing that almost all of my LJ icons are slowing turning into a conglomeration of beautiful men...which I am ok with. And it wouldn't be a group of beautiful men without Henry Cavill <3
Surprisingly I seem to be on top of all this Christmas shopping! I managed to get everything done yesterday aside from a gift for my mom. I also got to wrap all the gifts for my friends.
I spent last weekend celebrating one of my besties brithdays, my lovely Sassy. We stayed (or should I say crashed?) in a tiny hotel room in the city called Club Quarters- then went out to a fabulous dinner at Tavern on Rush (where we met Scottie Pippen), arrived at Trump Tower's ReBar right before last call (just enough time to make fun of all the people acting rich), then went to The Pony Inn for some cheap beer and good music. Ahh, that's the way I like it. I'm not typically the 'stay overnight' kind of girl, but all in all I had a fantastic time and I'm sure we'll all remember it!
This weekend is the annual Acen Guys SantaCon! We're all supposed to dress up in something Christmasy/Santa related, but this year I think I might wear normal clothes and let a Santa hat be my costume. The week after will be Christmas Eve and Christmas, and the week after that, New Years! This month seems to be pleasing me so far~
