he wasn't allowed to wear pants to teaparties

I've been awake since 5:27 yesterday evening, and I'm really pissed because I was watching The Talented Mr. Ripley on this here laptop a few minutes ago when suddenly it went into hibernate. I plugged the blasted thing into the outlet and tried to continue watching, but now the sound keeps skipping. I suppose I could just watch it in subtitles, but somehow the chapter I left off on is now inaccessible. Otherwise, Xiaojue is due to wake up from her nap soon and do schoolwork until the sun rises, so I'll have to sleep with the light on. So what am I to do in the meantime... no 24-hour joints around here, don't want to shower, not hungry, mind too foggy to read anymore plus book selection currently extremely limited, don't want to check Myspace messages, can't finish movie...
Good news is, I will be able to attend gnostic mass on sunday at Knights Templar if all goes according to plan. And I won't even have to take a trolley, train, and subway because a friend is driving... hopefully he'll still want to when the time comes... hopefully it's going to be acceptable to bring two friends my first time attending... maybe I should ask?
I went to a Revolutionary Writers Club meeting tonight at the Watermyn co-op. Everyone there seemed really concerned with gender ("Phe came to my Victorian Tea Party yesterday"), race, and sexual orientation. I like to write about individual motivational forces, guys, and I'm not sure if that's revolutionary. oops...
But hey, here's something: Xiaojue and I got kicked out of the FemSex Workshop (where you talk about CUNTS and SEXTOYS)today for gossiping. Our confrontation with the facilitators was slightly amusing. Maybe I'll try reloading that DVD one last time. I wish I had something that made me want to be deep right now, but I don't. Maybe I will eat some more dried turnips and see if I feel salty.
