The road went around in circles. It went against all logic and made no sense. It was at this point the remnant was beginning to get frustrated. He allowed a small irritated sigh to escape slightly parted lips. No matter the situation he was known for keeping a calm and collective demeanor. This time would not be any different. He just needed a new plan. Using basic navigation techniques had failed. It was time for the next thing. Luckily, Yazoo already had a plan B.
He lifted a glove hand and like magic, two large beasts known as Shadow Creepers emerged. They snarled and scratched eagerly at the dirt floor, eager to obey Yazoo’s wishes. With large teeth, razor sharp claws, and weighing about the size of a small horse, these were formidable creatures. And the best part? They could dissipate and reappear much closer to their intended prey.
“You know what to do,” he coaxed the monsters. They would sniff out and find Yazoo’s brothers. It had worked before with finding Rufus ShinRa. There was no reason it would not work now. One of the Shadow Creepers sniffed the air and then hurriedly ran off in Dante’s direction.
