LOCATION: Traverse World onward to Port Royal
TIME: Tuesday, morning
WHAT: After unexpectedly arriving to a new world, Kotetsu sets off to find some more answers by heading to Port Royal. Along the way, he meets a colorblind pirate by the name of Setzer. Hilarity ensues!

Lost and confused, Kotetsu made his way through the town in search of a way to get to Port Royal. It was almost dizzying for him to believe any of this was real. Especially since just a moment ago he was on his way home to see his family for the first time in months. Kotetsu couldn't believe his luck of as late. All he wanted to do was go home and hug his darling little girl, but unfortunately he won't be doing that anytime soon. Kotetsu honestly missed his daughter. Seeing her that one time at the skating ring made him realize just how much he has missed because of his busy work schedule. Kaede was ten now, a far cry from the little girl who used to beg for her father to carry her. "Some father I am..." He muttered to himself as he came to a slow trot. "I couldn't even keep my promise to her." Kotetsu sighed heavily. "I have to find a way back home. I just got to."
While he wasn't too sure what he would find in Port Royal, Kotetsu sure hoped that Sephiroth-fellow could give him a few pointers. He had no idea what to expect from joining the Inter-Dimensional Police Force, but Kotetsu sure hoped he'll learn something about the Darkness while working with them. "Now..." He came to a complete halt once he reached the next avenue.
"Where's that Gummi ship?" Curiously looking along the streets in search of anything that resembled the vessel, Kotetsu found himself mentally comparing this quaint little town to the big city of Sternbild. "This place isn't so bad..." He commented to himself. "Just a little spooky here, but not so bad at all."
