(no subject)
I have no money yaaaaaaaay!!!!!
Went to the bank today and found out I only have around 20$ left in my account [90 NIS]. I started with about 600$, which isn't much, but, you know, it was better than nothing. My real savings, 8000$ [not much, but enough for at least a 1st degree in a university, if I stay in Israel], are closed and cannot be withdrawn, exactly for this reason. the 600$ was so I'd have something to live off of during my service, due to mandatory paycheck being worth shit [less than a 100$ a month]. Soooo anyways. Yeah. I have no money, yet so many things I still need to buy... Gorillaz just came out with a new album. I NEED IT.
On the other hand, I've been approached with two commissions for tattoo designs, so maybe there's hope for me yet. Then again, they were from friends, so I won't charge much, if any.
In other news: Passover vacation! On which none of my friends are going [my Lt. Col. forced me to take the holiday off], and Katt has gone to the US for two weeks to visit her friends and family, so I'm basically gonna be all alone for a week. [Oh, and Katt promised she'd bring me something Bill-Guarnere-related from Philly, and something Office-related from Scranton. Yay Katt. <3]
The negative side to this? These are vacation days being wasted away. I have no one to hang around with, while Sinner and Dan [reminder: geeky Lt. I've been crushing over] are gonna be in the office for the entire time.
The positive? I'll finally have time to catch up on my drawing and maybe even FINISH AN ACTUAL PIECE [BoB fanart I've been working on forever], finish my BoB marathon with Jobo and start watching Generation Kill, and finish my Sopranos 1st season marathon. And catch up on reading. And not waste any money that I shouldn't be spending.
Also, I've officially run out of space on my iPod. Started deleting stuff. I probably have to get a new one,but... I mean, the one I have is in perfect condition, it'd be wasting money for nothing. BUT I NEED MORE SPACE FOR MY MUSIC. Y_Y
