So here I am, still in Boston, at this stupid training excursion, getting pissed off about missing two episodes of Spartigus, Fairy Tail, Dulalala, and other anime. Also, I was in the middle of watching Lost Season 4 when I left, and I just KNOW two weeks is a long enough period of time for me to forget enough of that plotline to fuck up my head

Lee. He's just so freaking earnest and hard-working and awkward and weird, it's kinda hard not to like the guy. Or maybe I just like freaks. *shrugs* Also, he uses taijutsu exclusively, so I figure he's gotta be hiding a damn fine body under that spandex bodysuit. *waggles eyebrows*
Lee/Gaara. They have a past, they have chemistry, they have issues to work out, but once Lee sets his mind to something, there is no stopping him. I'll admit, I was seriously dubious when I first ran across the pairing and I only gave it a chance because it was Maldoror writing, but then it got in my brain and started making sense, and well, that was pretty much that. It even supplanted KakaIru as my favorite.
BLEACH:
Renji. I think it's the attitude. And the sexy. Can't forget the sexy. *fans self*
Honestly, I'm torn between RenIchi and ShuuRen. I love the dynamics of RenIchi - the bickering, the competitiveness, and the way they have each other's backs. As for ShuuRen, I blame you entirely. Yep, all your fault. So, I'm going to cheat and pull a combo move. ShuuRen and RenIchi: by our powers combined, we are ShuuRenIchi! /geek
ONE PIECE:
Zoro. I seem to have a thing for pissy swordsmen. (Hiei from YuYu Hakusho, Chang Wufei from Gundam Wing, Ichigo (and Renji, to a lesser extent) from Bleach, and Zoro, of course)
Zoro/Sanji. There's something about the "sure, we're rivals, but we're nakama first" dynamic that I really like. Again, I blame Maldoror for the first hit that formed the addiction, but you and Sinisterbug and Tshapo Chi (did I spell that right?) have certainly fed it.
BONUS TRACK! Because I'm having fun and my favorite series isn't on this list. (Though I admit that the series is full of cheese. It's the fandom that I really adore.)
GUNDAM WING:
Chang Wufei. He beats Duo Maxwell out by just a hair, though. He's stiff, standoffish, and so angry, but he's driven by so much guilt, pain and need for revenge. I love him to pieces.
2x5 (Duo/Wufei). They're both driven by very similar things, but they handle it so differently. They both know what it is like to lose everyone you ever cared about in an instant and not only be helpless to prevent it, but to feel as though it is your fault. They can balance each other, understand each other, and help each other heal.
