De-lurking to tell you that I'm Czech and it makes me ridiculously happy to read about Sherlock in Prague. And I love Sherlock/John friendship, so reading this was really great.

One tiny nitpick, though: "lékařka" means female doctor. The male form is "lékař".

I hope you liked Prague when you were here.
