My sister will write about our nice time at the cottage and the fleshed out account of the beastivore saga will have to wait until I am less itchy. Right now I am slathered in calamine lotion and if I sit and think about creeping beasties I will freak OUT. Thank you to Gwen for forcing me to call Telehealth and to Rob for staying with me and being graceful about my hysterics. Thank you to Gina and Lauren for picking us up at the hospital so that Gwen could get Frank back to town. Thanks again to Gwen and Rob for escorting me back to Toronto, getting the coffees and carrying the bags, and understanding my pill hypochondria.
Frances if you're reading this before you speak to us the important facts are:
- I'm okay
- we didn't miss any cottage time
- the drugs I got were Probenicet, Cefazolin, and now Cephalexin for a week.
- we saved the bracelet for the Christmas garland.
Maybe I'll tell the rest of the story later... oh and this:
- I haven't slept in my bed since it happened.
