Well we can move in at any time. The sooner the better I say. As long as the repairs are done with quality, ya know, cuz I don't want to have to call you guys in like a month or so and be all "soo... that thing you fixed... It's broken again." lol

Just let us know when we can sign for it, and we will be there. :)
