It's a good plan, and I actually adore AU so I'm looking forward to seeing more, model!verse if you're doing it. :9 I can totally imagine the shoot, there is a pretty poncy department store near the apartment I'm staying in this holiday and one of the brand names (i forget which one, but it's opposite Hugo Boss) had a rather risque hotel-room/gorgeous apartment type photoset in their display out front ;9 albeit it was het rather than slash. For some reason i'm imagining this along those lines =w='
I dunno much about fashion shoots, but I think a lot of it is based on getting lucky shots that capture a definite sort of chemistry between the models. You can't always have a definite idea in your head of what you want and automatically get that because something is going to come in the way of it and sometimes things turn out better than you would otherwise have thought, so going what what comes to mind with the characters worked well. Ahaha. and about Yama, no, i think that the lowered tension is more due to the way he tends to dispel it with a laugh and a grin. Putting him in charge automatically breaks it down because he'll want Hibari to feel a little more comfortable, which he really never seems to be unless he's biting someone to death. Hibari's certainly hard to handle, but for Hibari I think Yama would be fairly hard to handle as well, since he tends to control people through fear and Yama won't let his fear show through. Dear god i'm rambling again. orz.

I've been watching shows like America's Next Top Model (haha) and other shows in fashion channels, plus stalking magazine scan comms in general (like foto_decadent and maleeditorials ♥♥♥), so I kindasorta have a general idea. But yeah! You're right; it really has a lot to do with the chemistry the models have between each other, 'cause if they can't find that spark, there's no way that photograph will ever come to life. But yeah, haha, I think writing it was easier when I just didn't think at all and just let my mind decide wherever it wanted to go. It looks like I ended up with an alright result. /o But ohh, yeah, you're right about that! Yamamoto's ... Yamamoto, haha; he cares for people's welfare/how they're feeling, and it's just a sweet trait of his (I guess that's sort of why he kept asking what Hibari wants him to do lolol;;). And then I realized that omg, what happens when you put two really hot hotheads who like to fight in the same room? Explosions of win and violence, and maybe some "friendly" competition. If you go for a risque photoshoot with them, there'd be sparks flying everywhere, they'd get out of hand and maybe have a brawl onset, and all the magazine people would be rushing around trying to protect the expensive equipment and they'd both get fired. ._. Ahaha. Gokudera, you're so successful. That's so very him. I bet he has degrees in business, engineering/weapons manufacture and maybe even law on the side (besides the obvious fashion/styling) ||orz. Not fair that such a hot guy is also so smart. :'D just not very rational and too quick to get in a fight.
My loss of interest in 8059 actually has nothing to do with the fandom at all, though I hear that it's been a problem for some people... I don't really mind the couple, i think it's actually quite hot but somehow there's a mental block there for me these days, because I -er- got a little too into 5927. =w=' Truthfully? I got too into character when cosplaying Gokudera and somehow started shipping 5927 harder than 8059. Chasing Juudaime around all day and calling Yama "baseball idiot" one too many times must have done it. It's kind of sad though, i used to ship 8059 and 6918 the most when I first got into Reborn. ^^;
