Sauerkraut and Winners
I got another ultrasound, but only one of the captures shows anything remotely discernible as anything more than a blur.
You can clearly see the rib cage, the head, and an arm.. apparently the hand is resting on the forehead. There were better images, but none got captured.
So, i know you've all been on the edge of your seats waiting for this moment (yes, all... 3 of you? Am i overestimating? lol). The doctor said she's about 97% sure IT'S A BOY. He wouldn't hold still long enough to get a clear view, but we're all pretty sure the proof is there. Now we just have to start thinking of boy names! He is really active, which is good, and i've been feeling some movement, so that's exciting.
I've got an appointment with a specialist on the 28th, so there might be better, more clear ultrasound pics then. In the 3D images, you could see his arms crossed over his face. Not sure what that's all about, but it was cute.
Chris and i are pretty sure we've found an apartment, and we're now in the process of finding furniture. We plan to be in our new place by May 1, and so far, things are coming together quite nicely. We're really excited about everything, and it seems that things might go more smoothly than i expected.
