Well, the past few weeks have certainly made me feel like I'm heading in the right direction. I'm really hoping this is a sign that my dreams will be coming true soon.

2) I won Honorable mention in a 250-Word Secret Agent contest, with a prize of a partial submission to the literary agent: Announcement HERE
3) I won FIRST PLACE in a query contest, with the prize of a query critique from a literary agent. Announcement HERE
4) I won FIRST PLACE in a 3-Sentence Pitch contest, with the prize of a FULL MANUSCRIPT submission to the literary agent. Announcement HERE
So, yeah, I must be doing something right. Now if only I could be a "winner" in the next step, namely having one of those literary agents LOVING my work and offering representation. Then I'd really feel like a winner. :)
