Rest Day

Meal 1: Whole omega3 egg/ 2 egg whites/ 1 tbsp bacon/ 1.05 oz cheese

Meal 2: 33g protein/ 8 oz water/ 5 oz cup of grapes

Meal 3: {Unlimited} Lettuce/ 4 oz white meat chicken salad/ 1 oz oil & white vinegar/ 5 oz cup of grapes/ Scallions/ Fresh salsa

Meal 4: -Missed- (GOTTA DO SOMETHING OT REMEMBER THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Meal 5:  6 oz hamburger/ {unlimited} lettuce/  flax/ Sun dried tomatoes/ 5 oz cup of grape tomatoes/ Scallions/ 1 oz oil & white vinegar

Drinks: Water, Lime seltzer
