So today I was starving. I did really good with tracking my good and eating thins that were good for me. I ended up eating 1885 calories. In order to maintain my weight I should be eating 2400 calories a day. I'm not supposed to go less than 1500-1600 a day. I had dinner and was still hungry. Snacked reaponsibily and was still hungry. So I ate more and now I'm so stuffed I just wanna puke everywhere. Does it count that I walked a little over a mile today and did a work out video AND had the poops all day? Does that soehow make up for eating the extra stuff ? Why is this so hard? I wish more things in my younger life were hard so I would have gotten used to working hard and every day things. I sailed through sone things and now I'm suffering...
