i went to supper last night
on a double date
and i felt so grow up
because we are both in good relationships
something i can remember we spent hours talking about
it was nice
it was just nice
and calming
and then we went to starbucks and got some tea
and then i slept at your house soundly
and you got up before your alarm so i wouldn't wake up
so you would have some extra time
you told me i could leave a tooth brush there
and it wasn't a big deal
because in the grand sceem of things
how big of a deal should a tooth brush be
i just like how easy it has been
how unstressful
even when i try to make it so
how i finally feel like i'm grown up
like i have something worth while
