alright.
Here is my plan.
Because I'M SICK OF THIS FAT BULLSHIT.
Breakfast - 15 carbs.
Lunch - 45 carbs.
Dinner - 45 carbs.
Avoid alcohol, sweets, bread, etc.
Light exercise daily.
Not that fucking hard, so I should be able to stick to it. I need to lose about 400 pounds, so I'm gonna get right on that.
