Exercise Update

I forgot. Ooops.

I started working out again. I heard that if you document your workout and your goals it helps you stay on track. Ok, here goes...

My Goal:I am going to weigh 130 lbs.. AGAIN.

I am super excited about this. I love it when I work out because it gives me more energy. I feel so much better about myself afterwards. It actually helps in making the outside circumstances of life seem a little better. Of course, those said outside circumstances aren't bad at all. It is just that when they get a little to hectic, working out makes them seem more tame. Yeah, hope you understand that one!

Anyways...I am glad that I am working out again. I just need to get a certain someone else to start working out again. I know that I can not make someone do something that they don't want to do, but I don't know how to get them to want to. Hmmm, oh well..that's a new adventure.

Countdown to tomorrow....1 hour and 25 minutes!! Woot woot!!

I am getting lovies from Mynx right now. That makes me soo happy. These are the times when she is her normal kitten self. Yup that's right--I have a three year old kitten! Makes me damn proud :)
