BSG: The Ties That Bind & SJA: Revenge of the Slitheen

Spoilers, of course.

First off, Cavil & Boomer? ewwww! Now that that's out of the way, it was an alright episode. It felt excruciatingly long compared to the last two for some reason but I liked it enough. I thought it was nice when Bill read to Laura despite them still not totally agreeing with one another. Not so sure I care for Lee being all politician-y but that's probably because I prefer him in a flight suit rather than a dress suit :P I so saw that bit with Tori air locking Cally coming and really did the kid have to scream and wail throughout the entire episode? I like that we're getting to see little bits of what's going on with Starbuck, I guess I didn't realize there were so many that went with her. Overall, not a bad episode but I don't feel that it compared to last week or the week before, it totally wasn't even on the same playing field. Next week looks good though.

Alright, I'm writing about this because it had Slitheen in it and they do amuse me so. It's not like their the best aliens we've seen or anything but the concept of them and how they're always plotting and scheming and being foiled just amuses me. And the kid Slitheen, lol! Also, I think Luke sounds like Harry Potter, or rather the kid who plays Luke sounds like Daniel Radcliffe. I even think he resembles him some. That's all really, though I did enjoy the episode, it made me laugh several times. :P
