So the cable guy came today and I believe he fixed my problem. This guy was really nice and explained stuff that I didn't know about nicely so that was cool. He said it was the splitter in the wall and that basically one of the tv outlets was on its own and the other was sharing with the internet and was loosing too much and that was why my connection kept going off. So he rearrainged it and it seems to be working just fine. He also cut me a brand new cable to run so I didn't have to use that one I connected last time when they told me the cable had a problem. It was cool he was here for about 20 minutes and it was working instantly after he switched it. I do have to say that Ive noticed webpages do load a couple seconds faster and thats pretty cool too.
