Good reason, but not good enough. ;)
seldear is one of those authors that I'm convinced at times knows the characters in the Stargate universe better than the writers and TPTB, and whether or not this is a pairing that you support or see, she has their actions and characters nailed. No matter what situation she manages to put them in, I'm always blown away by her grasp on who each of them are as well as her amazing writing ability.
This one is graphic, so no clicking if you're a youngster, but the basic rundown is that the team goes to a planet where a different kind of "hunt" takes place. Not only do we get some very rare S/T smut (beautifully done), this one has an honest-to-goodness plot, and the other teammates get to make some appearances too. This one was written for the Teyla ficathon, so she features predominately in the story, and you get a very rare but very awesome glimpse into her feelings and thoughts. She sounds like Teyla, and considering that so many authors find that hard to do, it's quite an accomplishment.
This isn't much of a rec because I'm feeling very, very sick, but if I was actually functioning properly I could write pages about how good this one is. Clicky, read, and enjoy! Leave her some love if you can. ;)
