Just wanted to announce the creation of a new volunteer job.
green_grrl has accepted the job of going through all the entries that have been put into memories and checking the links. This comm has been around for several years, and I figured that some of the links in the older recs may not work anymore.
Now, she isn't just going to get rid of the broken entries. She's actually going to try to find a link that works for the story. So if you find you're getting comments to really old entries, she's just trying to track down and get out the correct links.
Also, this is a MASSIVE undertaking, and that's being mild about it. So, in time, I will come to those of you in the comm and will ask for someone to assist her. Right now, she's going to work solo and get down a system that works and then she'll train whoever is brought in to help her.
For now, I would like to welcome green_grrl to the fold of full-time volunteer and I want to wish her the best as well as thank her for her help!
