Story summary: On an incredible world, SG-1 finds a weapon capable of defeating the Goa'uld. But the price of attaining it may be too high... they may have to sacrifice one of their own.
Special notes: Some of you may remember this as the fic that got started in 2006 and then kept falling into years-long hiatuses. It's actually finished now, and I'm just spacing out the posting of the last chapters; barring my untimely death or the destruction of the internet or something, it'll be complete and posted by the last weekend in March.

Jack paused. "The Tok'ra?"
"Yes." McKay looked lost. "Tok'ra? The nice Goa'uld?"
"Yes, I know who they are," Jack said. "I don't know why you're dictating policy."
"Trust me," McKay said. He had a manic gleam to his eye that Jack hoped was just the thrill of science. "We are working up such a plan. But we need the Tok'ra, and we need that al'kesh."
"You'll have to armwrestle the folks at Area 51 for it," Jack said.
