Stargate Atlantis, 2 stories
I'm looking for (I think) two stories in the SGA fandom. One is AU-ish as it has them arriving at Atlantis and after they find out about the Wraith Elizabeth kinda loses it. She's so scared of the Wraith that she's 'not all there', keeps forgetting things and suggesting things that make no sense. And everyone sorts of works to make sure she doesn't get worse while taking care of everything else. I think at one point Rodney got Miko to make her tea and Miko complained about it.
The second fic MIGHT be the same as the first one, probably not. It has some scientist unplugging one of the naquada generators/ZPMs that are currently plugged in somewhere (basically because this scientist thinks they know better than Rodney) and taking it to use for their own project (?) and it almost causes some sort of city-wide computer failure which is how Rodney, John and co find out (and proceed to ream scientist a new one). Scientist might have had co-conspirator? And one of them might have been Kavanaugh.
And I'm not sure if either of these are gen, or (most probably) John/Rodney, or even something else.
