You've been a very good girl this year, and because you have I've decided to give you some nice Stargate related gifts. I have my special elf chocojester bringing you the gifts and so in deed of this you'll need to click the cut link. I hope you don't mind. And I hope you definately enjoy your gifts. LJ Header (and coding you'll need)
1. Go to manage at the top menu, and select 'customize'
2. Select the old system (s1) option from the drop menu
3. Click the 'modify journal' link
4. Under the page layut heading, from each drop down option select 'generator', so four fields should have generator written
5. Modify the colours LATER to suit your header/page look
6. Go to the open box field right at the bottom! [overrides]
7. put the following in the box
GLOBAL_HEAD<=**
<*style type="text/css">
<=GLOBAL_HEAD
8. Change the your-url-here to the url of the header image
9. Take out the ** you see
10. save your options and check your new look for the journal.
Hope you like and any questions you may have, comment and I'll help you as best as possible.
P.S. I hope you don't mind saving these to your own server, particularly the header to use for your LJ.
