Wow, Part 3 is definitely a time of awkward moments for everyone, isn't it? *chuckles*
I've been wondering when Cameron was finally going to really explode at John about his divided attention between Sheppard and Elizabeth, so I wasn't all that surprised to see it here. I guess I was more surprised that it took as long as it did for him to work up to it. I just hope this breech between the two doesn't last for too long... *wibbles*
Carolyn becomes more and more amazing every time I see her, and I think she's now my second favorite character, behind Elizabeth, of course. I'd love to see the two of them meet someday and get along as well as Carolyn and Janet did here.
Poor Carolyn*, her mind all a-tizzy with many facets of kissing Sheppard men.
(*I do not actually conjure much sympathy for Carolyn. Hahaha)
I found Cam's outburst to John to be very well-founded. I think John got unjustifiably defensive, but I do the same thing when somebody's calling me on my crap and I don't want my face turned toward it. Just your garden variety lash out, I suppose.
I loved the awkwardness between Carolyn and Cameron, and that John come just at this moment!
The talk between Carolyn and Janet was great too, 'cos I think Carolyn needed someone to talk to about all this, so it's good it was Janet. And her present to Cassie was so nice!
The argument between John and Cameron was great too, and I'm glad that John is wondering whether abandoning Cheyenne was a good idea, even if he does love Elizabeth. If he didn't wonder about it, I would have been disappointed in him, tbh.
love the scene with Carolyn & Janet, for too many reasons to list here! Also, John & Cameron's argument was well handled, (and a long time in coming, too). Cameron does the duties of the marquis of Sheppard out of duty, not ambition - this is why he'll make a good king one day (I think Carolyn already knows this on some level, of course!)

Dare I wonder what Part 4 has in store?
*groans at the rhyme and slinks away*

Nope, no sympathy at all. Now, envy, on the other hand... *smirks*

Looking forward to the conclusion.
