(no subject)
So I went home for my birthday a couple of weekends ago. That was fun. I got a digital recorder thing to record my lectures among other things.
My interviews went well. The two people I interviewed with were really laid back and dropped hints about how they were sure I would get in. I hope they are right. I'm not too worried about it though. I'll hear officially in late Feb. or early March. Just have to wait until then...it's all out of my hands now.
I've been really lazy and it's starting to catch up with me. I just haven't had any motivation this semester. I don't know why cause that is not like me at all. I studied for that anatomy exam last night, but that was the first day I looked at it. I mean, I went lecture and all, but I should have started studying at least two days before the exam. Oh well...it's over now and I think I did ok. There were some things that I didn't know at all and then those horrible moments where I could see the sentence from my notes in my head, but couldn't remember the word in that sentence that I needed for the answer. Oh well...I don't think I did bad, but it might not have been the greatest grade either.
Ressie and her friend finally left last night a little while after I made that post. I was so mad. I guess I'm going to have to talk to her about it since she isn't getting any of the hints I'm dropping, but you watch, she won't come home for the next couple of days so there will be no opportunity to talk to her. She does that all the time. She will be here a couple of day and annoy the hell out of me and then POOF, she's gone for a while. Don't know where she's sleeping, but I wish her luck with that.
Anyway...that's it for now. I'm feeling motivated to do some reading so I think I'll catch up on my economics homework. Catcha later.
