I sort of wish it would stop raining. We're getting the remnant rain-bands from Fay, and school was almost delayed this morning because it was pouring so hard. There's construction going on in my neighborhood, and the workers put huge holes at least five feet deep in to inspect and repair some sort of faulty cable all along the sidewalk. Those holes no longer exist. They are ponds now.
There are brief breaks in the downpour, but they don't last long. Charlotte's gonna have to be re-named Atlantis if this doesn't let up. I'll get my scuba gear ready.
...In other news, school's back in full swing. Each subject in a sentence:
German: Meh, es ist okay. *shrugs*
AP Physics B: HARDCORE GEEKTASTIC AWESOMENESS ENTIRELY DESERVING OF THIS CAPSLOCK, AND I THINK MY TEACHER IS ACTUALLY ADAM FROM MYTHBUSTERS IN DISGUISE.

AP English: My teacher looks and acts like an OC Jedi character I came up with a long time ago -- small older lady with extremely short grey hair, tough and no-nonsense but awesome as a teacher.
So, all in all, good. Now if they would stop trying to randomly switch me into Fahsion Merchandising, which is one giant DO NOT WANT, life would be really excellent right now.
