All That
Things that suck: getting a computer virus that requires you to strip your own hard drive and re-build your laptop from the ground up, but then be unable to access any of your backed-up files because the stupid back-up service isn't responding to your emails and you need your log-in data (which you do not have because your computer crashed) to contact support. Ugh.
Things that don't suck: The fact that this happened on the most laid-back school week ever, when nothing in particular was due. The fact that it has been gorgeous here and half my classes have been held outside. The fact that I'll be heading to Louisville for the weekend with some of my friends to watch a freakin' awesome fireworks show and have excellent Kentucky-based adventures.
All in all I'd say it balances out on the side of good.
Also, have a story. We read this at SSS the other day and I am amazed (and perhaps a little disturbed) by how much this character is like me, especially my younger self. Let's hear it for anti-paranoia: All That.
