I'm gonna stick with canon, as I've already done Clone Wars above...
1. Honestly? Qui-Gon Jinn. I must have seen Episode 1 nearly fifty times as a kid, and I always loved him the most. He fits the type of character I tend to get atttached to first across fandoms, though I'm still trying to work out what exactly that type is.
2. Dooku. I’m absurdly attached to him.
3. Han Solo. Bow chicka wow wow. Also Jango Fett.
4. Yoda.
5. Qui-Gon, Dooku, and Padme before she became a sniveling wifey.
6. *does not ship in general* Dooku/Jocasta, and….er….yeah, I got nothin’.
7. Qui-Gon, though that’s possibly the fanon I grew up in talking. He’s compassionate, tries to focus on the present, loves nature but can also get a little too focused on an idea and ignore its consequences.
8. The worldbuilding! The GFFA has almost limitless potential. And also, in spite of the melodrama, bad writing and general ridiculousness, the arc of Anakin’s redemption. It’s really kind of beautiful.
9. The romance and how it’s written. I LOVE YOU PADME BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT LIKE SAND. *laughs*
10. Crackfic. Especially if it involves young Qui&Dooku. Really I just enjoy antagonizing Dooku in increasingly more absurd ways.
11. See above. I’m like one of like five people in fandom who writes Qui and Dooku these days, and I miss them.
