Chisame paced around next to the console she was currently using, clad in her uniform save one addition. She had her artifact holstered to her hip. Something about the bright pink wand did not go with the school's red uniform. "Computer, show me the basics of the coding language your operating system uses."
Chisame looked as the information scrolled across the monitor, "Can you translate older coding languages, 20th century?"
"Affirmitive."
"Alright then, computer..." Chisame sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose, "This is too weird talking to a computer, talking to magical computer mice I can handle but this... give me a QWERTY keyboard interface." The screen displayed a standard 20th century keyboard and the girl sat down at the controls. Chisame started blazing her fingers across it. It was obvious she was far more comfortable with this set-up. A small smile forming on her lips as information poured onto the upper screen.
"Negi, check to see if this century has a standard internet like at home, and how easy it would be to set-up my webpage, or if that sort of thing even happens in this day and age?" As she spoke a small white mouse, almost etherial in appearance popped up on her shoulder and launched into the computer. "Konya, the status of photo image editing tools. Daiko, check on the latest in Firewalls and system protection, Hanpe, the current standards for hacking and system breach." Three more mice appeared, each like the first, and launched themselves off into cyberspace.
She was promised the best technology available, the best and most powerful computers. Here she was making sure this bargain was as good as offered. However, her smile seemed to suggest she was happy with what she was offered, and what she was finding.
