Peppers
Thank you so much for all your good wishes regarding Peppers. She's recovering at home where i've cordoned off a portion of the pig-pen for her and lined it with towelling and fleece. (She's not allowed to mix in case the others get boisterous with her).
Also, she's got a 'drain' fitted which is like a small piece of pipe coming out of either side of her chest. It's about the diameter of a drinking straw and it'll enable any fluid to drain away from the space where the abscess was. She'll have that in for about five days.
She does look a bit poorly, but she's eating which is the main thing. To be honest, i wish she'd eat a little more, but hopefully that'll come with time.
