[It was noticeable that Nagisa was not at school; even though they didn't share classes, he did try to look out for friends to say hi.]

Don't catch cold, Fuuko. I'll be out there soon.

Sadly. Nagisa-san said she used to get sick all the time though, so Fuuko knows not to worry too much!

[Even if she wrapped up and brought a scarf with her... This probably wasn't the best of ideas. She shivers a little as a cold wind whips by.]

I heard that too. I didn't think it'd last this long, though. [Over a week because the weather had changed? Oh, if only he knew just how bad this was going to get.] Okay, I'm heading over.

[It's actually a fairly short wait, since Leon has his teleporter set up in the Brigade HQ. He'll exit the building and walk towards the fountain, looking for the girl.]

[Closing her journal now so to huddle her arms around her. Yeesh, stupid cold winter weather.

Hey Fuuko. [He shivers a little just looking at Fuuko standing out in the cold like this.] How's the card-signing going?

Really well! Fuuko has five different messages now. Bree-san even bit the corner here as his way of leaving a message for Nagisa-san. [Pointing to a corner of the card which seems to have bite marks along it.] You will be the sixth. Should Fuuko get a colour for you? Blue world work well for your message! [Totally basing this purely on his hair colour.]

[Sixth. Well, he hopes this means that she doesn't have to spend much more time outside.]

Sure, blue's fine. [He liked the color. ...How could he not, when he was staring at it whenever he looked in the mirror? He'll look more closely at the card, now that it's not simply shown over the journals.]

These dangos... [He laughs, and then pokes at the big star next to Nagisa's name.] You even got a starfish in there.

Alright then! [Rummage rummage... And here's a sky blue crayon!] Here you are Leon-san.

Fuuko couldn't help but include the starfish. Whilst Fuuko realises Nagisa-san loves dangos, after drawing so many Fuuko couldn't help but draw at least one starfish! [Pointing to the lower left blue dango on the card.] That's you.

[He takes the crayon, looking it over approvingly ... even though he's never really used crayons. He'd used pencils and paints immediately when he'd been doing art back on his world.]

I saw you added a lot of stars, too. But it was nice of you to be sure there were more dangos than starfish. [Since it was really obvious Fuuko loved (was obsessed with?) starfish.

He looks can't help but scratch his cheek at the sight of the cat-eared dango before opening up the card.] W-- well, you got the shading of my ears right.

Those stars don't necessarily need to be starfish after all. Rather, they can be shining stars. [Or whatever Nagisa wants to think they are. Fuuko will of course think they are starfish no matter what so to sate her starfish obsession.]

Fuuko made sure to colour them correctly. They're quite distinctive features of yours after all. [Which she still needs to touch at some point.]

[Distinctive. He laughs a little, carefully holding the card as he writes a simple message to Nagisa. I hope you feel better soon. There's nothing fun about getting sick.

Once he's done writing, he hands the card and crayon back to Fuuko.]

How long do you think you're going to be out here?

[Taking the card and the crayon back, flipping the card open to check to see what Leon wrote.] Thank you Leon-san!

Fuuko shouldn't be out here for much longer. Even though Fuuko is pretty warm in this coat, being inside would be much better!

Good. I'd hate for you to go back to Nagisa with a cold of your own. Then you'd both be missing school. [And not to mention sick in bed.]

It would take more than just a cold to keep Fuuko in bed! Fuuko still has to finish the homework that's due in anyway. Being sick with a cold is not an excuse for handing it in late! [School is too much fun to miss anyway.]
