Tomoya was one of the first friends she made after Mitsui at Hikarizaka. She finds he can be a little weird now and then, but despite this he is a geniunely good person when he wants to be. Tomoya helped Fuuko hand out starfish as invites when she was trying have people come to her sister's wedding. Though it was a difficult task, everything ended well in the end. Despite Tomoya no longer remembering Fuuko, she has kept all the memories of the time they shared together.

Nagisa was introduced to Fuuko through Tomoya. It was then the two of them discovered Fuuko's condition and found out why she spent all of her time inside of the school. Nagisa suggested that Fuuko should come live with her family so Fuuko would not have to be alone and would have someplace to stay. Like Tomoya, Nagisa also helped in handing out starfish as invites for Fuuko's sister's wedding, as well as helping to carve a few stars of her own. Nagisa no longer remembers Fuuko, though Fuuko still remembers all the time they spent together. Perhaps at some point she'll ask Nagisa about the past, but for now Fuuko is happy making new memories with one of her dearest friends.

Akio agreed to let Fuuko stay in his home after Nagisa brought her home one day. Along with Sanae, Fuuko became a temporary member of the Furukawa family and she can't be thankful enough for what they did for her. Akio helped Fuuko with her starfish carving on many occasions so to ensure there were plenty of stars to be given out. Despite eventually losing his memories of her, Akio was able to recall enough about Fuuko so to come to her sister's wedding in the end.

Husband to her sister Kouko, and so now her brother-in-law, Fuuko loves Yusuke very dearly. Given Fuuko's real condition in the hospital the two have never had any real interactions past Yusuke coming to visit Fuuko with Kouko. Fuuko is worried about whether or not her brother-in-law will be able to see her, given he knows of her real condition in the hospital. For now, Fuuko can only hope that Yusuke will be able to see her despite this.

Fuuko thinks this guy is very weird, no doubt about it. She's even gone as far as to tell Kida to his face that he possesses 'no appeal at all'. She doesn't seem to understand why he wants to jump all over benches, or why he insists on calling her cute every now and then. During the 'starfish vs dango war', Kida was able to get Nagisa very flustered and he generally ignored both the starfish and the dango for the sake of messing with Nagisa... Or at least that's what Fuuko thought was happening. Either way it annoyed Fuuko and further confirmed her suspicions of Kida being a true weird guy.

After meeting Ginia over the journals and then seeing her again at the New Feather party, Fuuko has grown to like Ginia very much so. It helped that she was already a friend of Nagisa's, though after helping to 'resolve' the starfish vs dango war and then talking with Fuuko about her carvings and singing, Fuuko has come to enjoy talking with Ginia. Ginia will be one of the first people to know when some weird guy starts to bother Fuuko.
Madoka Kaname

Madoka was one of the first people Fuuko met upon her arrival to Luceti. Despite only knowing her for a few minutes, Madoka seemed quite happy to follow Fuuko as she ran around frantically looking for her belongings. Later, the two were able to reach the clinic and Fuuko recovered her journal from her real, comatose body. An incredibly kind and caring person, Madoka was one of the people who suggested to Fuuko and Nagisa that the starfish and dangos could be as cute as each other.
