Artshow

Well I got back around 3 hours ago. The artshow was great, very fun indeed. I made new friends and saw alot of old ones, and in general I had a blast. Sales weren't all that good for anyone this year though, because it seems that the economy is in a slump. Regardless, I beat least year's total income, and my pieces sold as follows:

"Solitude" - $700 (I was bummed out, I wanted $1,000+)
"Fire and Ice" - $500
"Cookie Monster" - $300 (I was surprised kind of, that it sold for so much)
"BlackHawk" - $220
"Desert Marauder" print - $150
"Native Tiger" - $75
"Closet Raver" print - $20 (it was a small one)
"War Cry" print - $15 (again, small)

I also raked in a good deal of funds from the dealer's table. I earned approx. $2,600 total. Not bad at all. Anyway, here's some photos, enjoy.

We left at the butt-crack of dawn. It was dark out.

It started getting lighter later on. The snow was really pretty.

More snow.

It was fairly bright as we were driving. Not sunny, but still bright. Suddenly this massive wall of fog just..appeared. It was freaky

The view as we entered the fog.

It was suddenly very dark.

This was the general view for about 100-some miles.

Then it cleared up abit.

The view from out 6th floor hotel room.

Mom's blue Explorer as seen from our room.

A long exposure shot taken from my friend Tricia's room.

Shot from my room at night.

Aiko, one of the cute wolf hybrids that was at the show.

Bodie, one of the other wolves.

Aiko again. So cute!

I forgot this little girl's name, but she was adorable. Poor thing was injured though.

She reminds me of Buddy quite a lot.

Me and a friend. Bad photo, ick. He has an awesome camera though (Sony DSC-F707) which I played with a bunch.

Haha, I told ya I earned quite abit. I was counting my money, and mom snapped this one w/out warning. Hah.

I may do a more indepth report later. All in all though, it rocked.
