I am in love... With cooking!
My dad bought me the Moosewood Restaurant's Low-Fat Favorites cookbook and Jill bought me Rachel Ray's Thirty Minute Meals: Veggie Meals and I discovered that I really love cooking. I made "Pasta with Salsa Cruda" with Mike on Monday, and today I made a curried lentil salad with a yogurt and mango chutney dressing, both from Moosewood. My next adventure will be something out of the Rachel Ray book - I haven't decided what yet.
Tonight I'm going with my dad and Jill to watch the Alamo Bowl at my aunt and uncle's house, and then I'm probably just going to veg out with my dad later on and watch a movie.
