I don't think it's very pleasant to find myself waking up in a ship that isn't the Lady Justice, and one that contains a dangerous Master, a Noah, and no sane person left to keep them in line.

Oh, I think one of them is coming. Well then, my responses will be late.

They're of a higher type than just akuma, which the Earl creates from machines and - the souls of people he "brought back". When someone loses someone precious to them, he says he'll bring their precious person back. But he brings that person back as a killing machine.

Tyki is part of the Earl's family.

Doesn't that prove that there's another side to him? Maybe he's different than you remember? This place changes people.
