Cower mortals, and behold!  Lord Thinal L'Revenant has returned, sowing the seeds of fear and despair once more, giving the men and women of steelhaven something to fear other than their government, their society, and their own ignorance.  He will show them the true meaning of suffering, and they will band together to stop the terror - giving them a sense of purpose denied to them by human society.  They will know freedom, but they will also know death.
