We Thank Thee O God For a Prophet..
president hinckley gave the devotional today.. how crazy awesome amazing is that?!? i cut BOM class (lol) to line up uber early.. 3 hours before it started. some kids camped out overnight LoL. the doors didn't open til nine.. i sat kinda far up but at least in the front him. the place was soo packed since it was open to the public and everything. when he and 6(?) apostles walked in, everyone stood up and a hush fell over the crowd. no babies crying, nothing. except the organ music.. which was "we thank thee o God for a prophet.." definately fitting. the spirit was so powerful.. i had tears streaming down my face. and i don't cry too easily. if you were there you'd know without a shadow of a doubt that he is a great man.. a prophet of the Lord. awwww.. he's such a cute guy.. waving his cane and stuff. ^_^ basically he came to dedicate the joseph f smith building.. it was amazing to hear him talk about jfs.. how humble he is even though he is definately at the top himself. all i can say is.. WOW. it was so unreal. general conference is gonna be good..
eugenia took me to the skyroom for lunch got me a chinese ctr ring for my bday. happiness! i'm 18! i can.. order junk off tv and.. rent tractors. woot! after i got off work, larysa threw me a lil party.. she decorated our room with balloons and toilet paper streamers X D.. and made cakes with her princess waffle iron. my roomie rocks my socks.
