I'm dreaming of a WHITE WHITE CHRISTMAAAAS
So...how's everyone been?
I know I know "WHy don't you update blah blah blah-" You're cut.
Anyway...I refuse to back track, I'll leave it at this :it was life, I lived it, and got an experience out of it. Emotion emotion emotion.
But this week's been shitty. It started off bad from last week when I didn't get the musical...but Ariel Upton got the part I wanted. That bitch...arrrrrrgh. But that wasn't so bad,because I was like "Yay, Dance." Soooo I tried out for dance...aaand....then the next day, it was cancelled...sooo we postponed the actual audtions until Wednesday. Noow...either the news was fucked up...ooor, my ears were fucked up...I thought it started at 7:45, but, apparently. it started at 7:30...so I had like, no time to stretch, which got me all flustered. Then, I had to go in the first group, people who didn't have the class.
Out of the 24 people that tried out 21 made it, with two swing alternates. Guess which one person didn't make the team? Me. *ding ding ding* we've got a winner...tell the girl what she's won? Another hit that afternoon.
Not only can I not dance or sing, apparently I'm a horrible horn player. Right before I signed up, Mr. Dahlberg called out chair placements...with me behind everyone in my section, and one from the class below me. I can't move because of scheduling, but that really topped off my day.
THe only good thing about this week was the fact that my dad came down and painted my room. Did I mention I met my biological father for the first time in like 9 years? Yeah...little awkward.
You know that idea that when your parents get divorced, you got double presents? Well..now I'm getting the benefits from that, little late, but hey, my dad gave me an MP3 player and then asked me what I wanted for Christmas.
Anyways...yes, my room is now poinsietta red, the ceilings and trim are white, and my furniture is a medium ish brown. It looks oriental, which is what I wanted. Over the break I'm determined to put chinese characters on the walls in black and white and buy more stuff so it looks more oriental. ^___^ I demand chinese knick knacks for Christmas.
