hey Hey hey. Man this past weekend kicked some ass. Started with visiting Casey and Dj on thursday, and we didn't get the car taken away! :-) Porshe is a darling puppy dog, and the apartment looks even more Casey-fied than before *note to self must get to an IKEA*. There's a Cleetis the second. He's wee and his legs are even more jacked up than the last birdie. He walks on his backwards little birdie knees (elbows?) and his body is more the size of a canary than a parakeet, except his wings and head are full size (can you imagine how adorable my little freak show is?). He knows how to eat seeds, and I have to feed him water through an eye dropper, but if I had left him in the aviery, he woulda died by now. Maybe I should have jsut let him die, but hes sooo sweet and cute and alive! I know I'm a dork, but I'm exactly like my mother, and I simply can't help myself.
It was so rocking cool to see casey, natty and brent all in one weekend, not to mention TIMBO! Who I hadn't seen in like forever and three days. But on a completely unrelated subject we didnt get to play labyrinth crotch shots and kris still hasn't seen the movie at all dammit..............
Andrew's step dad told me Andrews still hoping that we'll get back together. BLAHHHHHHHH!! So I told him I had a new boyfriend and that I was completely happy and in love with no intentions of going back *sound of testicles being kicked to be heard here*. I feel bad, but I told him like thirty times, we ARE NOT under ANY circumstances getting back together. So hopefully the polite chat I had with his step dad will get back to him and he'll get it through his skull.
Today in class we had a woman from Israel and a man from palestine come in and speak about the war and the other conflicts in the middle east and afterwards they opened up for questions, and this lady, not in our class, decided to go off. "I can't believe none of you have brought up the fact that this war is not about oil, it's about stopping the terrorists from 9-11" and you can guess where it went from there, I was soo struck by the fact that she honestly thought al quieda and saddam hussein where the same thing. Bin Laden is a fundementalist, and saddam doesn't even believe in Islam!!!!!!!!! the us has desperately tried to find a link, but we've been in Iraq for a week and still no link is to be found. And it really made me see that people actually whole heartedly believe these things as strongly as I believe just the opposite. perception is weird...............
On a ligher happier note, guess who has a date with mister billy corgan himself at the rimac arena in la jolla in april 21st. Give up?? I'll never tell.................
