Basketball time = Jail time
So last night. Haha. Working dish at the DLG stinks man. 'Nough said about that. Then William came!!! Woohoo. Lovely John bought us a lot of alcohol. I was 2nd runner up for the largest run he's gone on. Woot woot. So we are hanging out and what not. THen around at 3 we decide to go play basketball. Its the dream team (sueno natives) against the foreigners. 10 people playing basketball. Good harmless fun, yes? (well besides the fact most of us are either high or drunk). Then two cops come up.
Cop: do you guys know what time it is?
Steven: basketball time
Cop: sit down on the curb, your going to jail
Chris: I'm sorry officer, we didn't realize...
Cop: sit down too, your going to jail. Does anyone else know what time it is?
Then he proceeds to shine the light on each of our faces, asks what time it is, and all of us have to say "3:30". They let all of us go except Steven and Chris. Apparently they told them this isn't a college town blah blah blah. It just makes me really mad because I have always respected police officers and thought that if I was ever in a situatoin like that, that you could talk to them reasonably. And while these two could have just been in a pissy mood or whatever, I felt like you couldn't talk to them AT ALL. Whatever. They let Steven and Chris eventually go so that's good. Ok well time to do some math homework out on the tramp.
