(no subject)
Ok, so picked up Cully friday evening. didnt have to wait long at St Albans train station before he arrived. It was so awesome seeing him again! We waited at the bus stop outside the station to get the bus to the Galleria. We were due to meet up with Paul, Darren, Selina and Nadia there, kept getting texts saying we were late, pah, blame public transport guys! So, finally got to the Galleria. Played on ItG for a bit, me and Cully played together a few times. He beat my Da Roots score dammit! Have to get that back soon. Also managed to pass The Beginning on that machine! Which is an achievement as its Life difficulty 5 and slippery pads, I was pleased. We then went to have something to eat in Fatty Arbuckles. I had an ice cream challenge that I shared with Nadia which Darren brought. All the other guys had food except Paul, he was just sitting on his DS! God damn, he has no table manners :/ Darren embarressing me yet again, by asking the waitress when she was taking our order that I would like to have her number! I went bright red, this was clearly not the case, but Darren just wanted to embarress me. Furthermore, he makes jokes that Im gay, then Selina joins in and even asks her mum on the phone if she thinks Im gay! WTF:/ These people need to chill out, accept the fact, I am not gay. So, we all dispatch for the night, Darren and Nadia going home in Darrens Lotus. While the rest of us wait for a non existant 'last bus' back to St Albans. So it was decided we would get a taxi. £40!! To get from Hatfield to Potters Bar, than from there to St Albans. It all came to £46 really, but the driver was kind. Im just glad I never had to pay for this fare! So, Me, Cully and Selina got to mine about 1am. We chilled out, Cully had a shower. Me and Selina sat talking. Cully came back, showed me his stats on his Lexar Jumpdrive, quite impressive! All the interesting bits of info you can see on the stick. So then around 4am we all got to sleep. Had to be up at 8am!
8am. I woke up, Selina and Cully were still asleep! So I got ready and stuff, had a shower, then woke them up. Texted Anna, she was on her way. Rang Dad, hes awake and on his way, so it was all sorted. Me, Selina and Cully walked to Sainsburys where we were due to meet Anna and Dad. Met up with them both. We all managed to fit into Dads car, woo! Then the journey to Bedford. Told my Dad I was moving to Portsmouth, he was quite shocked and surprised, Anna was also a bit surprised. We stop off at Tescos, to get some supplies for the day. Then Dad dropped us off at Quasar.
THE PARTY
Already Scott, Matt, and Jennie from Portsmouth were there. Darren and Nadia were there, and so was all of the Leicester lot, my brother and a few guys from Bedford. So it was packed out. I introduced Cully to most people, he seemed to fit in great. Said my hellos to everyone, it took ages cos I hadnt seen some people for a while. The coin Queue was huge, so I plonked my coin to the end of the line. Chatted to various people. The first present I opened was two presents from Matt and Jennie. Jennie did me this hand painted picture of a stardragon, I was so thrilled, such an amazing gift. So, thats now in the middle of mantle piece taking great pride! Also got some Tresemee (sp?), great stuff for the hair. Gave Matt and Jen a nice big hug. Also got a card from the both, which was really funny. Got a card from Scott too with another witty print of the front! Had a few verses with Cully. Played some weird 10 footer song, I cant remember what it was. So then I was just going through the songlist and I happened to come by Era (Grand Blue Outset Mix), a song that I have played twice and failed twice.....so I picked it. I looked behind me, people looked scared, I let them know that it was an insanely hard song. Cully looked a bit worried too, hehe. I just picked it to play, I had no intention of passing. But I DID! I got encouragement the whole time from my fantastic friends, even did a few cheeky spins on the resting parts! It got filmed, I cant stop watching it, my legs go so fast around the pad. Got a big cheer at the end, and a lot of impressed faces, the area was packed. I felt so good. Well done for Cully trying it though, it a hellish song to play.
Ive forgotten most of what happened during the day actually. Went to Tescos with a load of people again to get some more supplies. Got back, played some more DDR with people. A bit later on I did my speech. I got up on the Q Mix stage and thanked everyone for coming. Then I said happy birthday to Seany, and everyone sang happy birthday to us! Then I got Darren up on the stage, and thanked him for his friendship with me, every clapped. Then I announced I was leaving in a few months to go live in Portsmouth! Everyone was quite shocked....then Anna put a credit in the Q Mix for me, so I passed PSMO 1st stage so easily and everyone cheered, then I played PS, and then butterly, and FAILED! hehe, this was on purpose! it was so amazing, everyone was there in Quasar, it was great.
Most of the things I remember is Anna getting really upset, so I had to comfort her for a while. I didnt mind as shes a good friend. Me, Anna, Jennie and Matt went to comfort her outside, we all had a nice talk. That cheered her up. Then a bit later we went outside for a drink, had some shots and some vodka. Then Manda come out to talk to us for a while. Scott, Matt and Jennie had to go around 7:20pm, which was a shame, cos they were really good company. I dont think I spent much time with Scott which was disappointing, but Im going down there Friday anyhow. So, saw them off, it was sad to see them go. Nadia was sick out the front of Quasar later on, she was absolutely wasted. Could hardly move! Had to sit with her for a while. Then very later on in the night, I noticed Manda was misisng, so I searched all round for her, then someone told me she was outside round the corner. So I went to look, and there she was sat down on the ground crying. So I sat down with her and put my arm around her. We had a big long talk, she had a good cry. Im glad I was there for her. Then Nathan came out, I decided to go back upstairs while they talked. I cant remember where I went, but then as I walked out to the staff area Manda came running up to me saying my name. So we went back outside, this time we sat right round the corner on the steps to the fire escape. She told me her and Nathan had broke up, I was really upset, we had a cuddle. She talked to me some more, I told her that she a great person and I dont see why anyone would not want to be with her. We went back inside cos Manda was cold. Then her and Nathan had a talk to try and sort things out, it turned out unsuccessful, which is a shame. I remember going to sleep feeling wasted, I had so little energy left, I just crashed out in the pack room next to Anna.
When I woke up, I was upset to discover that Manda had left along with everyone else from Leicester, except for Kyle and Nathan. Everyone tidied up the mess from the night before, did a pretty good job too. We eventually left to go to McDonalds and have breakfast. Kate took some people in the car, I had to walk with a few people. So, then we relax, have breakfast. Then it was time to all go. Kate took Nathan, and Kyle, Selina and Crowbar to the station. Then she came back to pick me and Cully up. Vince, Seany and Jassie had already left to go back to Quasar. Me and Cully got the station. Got the train back to St Albans, then walked back to mine. Cully crashed out on the sofa bless him, he had no sleep at all. I just went online. About 6pm it was time for him to go, so I walked him to the station to see him off, thanked him for coming over. I enjoyed his company. Went back home, chatted to my friends on msn. Downloaded some more music. Noticed Cully had left his USB key here, sent that off today (Tuesday) Finally sent the postal order for Vandal Hearts off to day too.
Been off college cos Ive been feeling unwell with a bad tummy. Tutor rang me up all worried, explained to her Im unwell, she was ok. She needed to talk to me about my timetable though. Gonna go in tomorrow as I feel much better now.
Found out theres a Hallowe'en meetup in Bedford Quasar, but it might clash with the London Expo, so am having to sort out to change the date of the bedford meetup, theres no way Im missing MCM this time! Gotta save a lot of money during October for this, and thw Dublin visit. Im going to Portsmouth this weekend, yayes! I cant fucking wait. Gotta catch up like hell on my coursework, Ive missed almost a week!
*sigh* The weekends mad events have seemed to make or break my trust with a lot of people. My brother Vince flirted with this girl after I had been flirting with her, KNOWING that I liked her, and evertone could see I liked her too. But what the hell, shes nothing but a girl, they've hurt me enough in my life for me to care anymore. Some people seem to have a misunderstanding of things, giving opinions where they are not wanted, damn you people, leave my friends alone! Just want to say that Im behind Manda 110%, shes a great friend to me, and will always be! It hurts me to see a good friend like her really upset. People keep your thought to yourself if you hardly know any of us, you upset us even more. Im glad me and Darren have patched things up again, Im gonna miss him like mad, but Im still gonna keep in touch with him.
