canoeing again! WHAT?
oh god if i thought friday was rough on the upper body i retract my statement! LOL. i see friday's canoeing excursion as training for today! today me, my dad, my brother, my uncle, my aunt, my best friend's dad and her little brother, and some family friends all went canoeing at the same place! so me, my aunt and my best friend's little brother were all in one boat and guess who was steerer again? oh yea that'd be me! not only was i the steerer i was the ONLY canoer/paddler in the whole freakin boat! lol oh man talk about upper body work out!!! my aunt is 65+ so she's not paddling and then my best friend's little brother is what in like 3rd grade and weighs all of like 70 pounds! lol he's got nothing either! lol so me and my non toned upper body paddled us all the way up the river and around the bends for like a solid hour one way and then we came all the way back! oh buddy was it hot today! we left shore about 1130ish got back to shore around 115ish...now ask justine for verification based on friday she'll tell u I SUCK at directional canoeing! lol man when we took the turn in the river the river narrowed up and our boat pretty much went shore to shore and banged into EVERY possible tree stump on those shores! lol ohh well outta this i learned 2 things one: canoeing 3 ppl by urself is hard and taxing and two: if i did this 2 time a week i'd have the biggest biceps in all of tampa! lol but it was fun. we took plenty of pictures and we saw some turtles..my dad's boat saw about 6 alligators but our boat didn't see anything lol it was fun though! im a whole new shade of dark brown now! lol
then i came home and did a quick change of clothes and headed right back out to ryan's house! his whole family was there so it was wonderful seein them all again! his mom is the sweetest!so ryan and i talked for awhile and then i headed home bc im a bit on the tired side. ryan's is counseloring @ SSTP this summer. mmm i bet he's gonna have soo much fun! i miss my SSTP summer! lol what a wonderful summer that was. one of the best of my life! and the best part of his being a counselor is that one of our family friends' son is goin up to be in SSTP this summer and Ryan knows him bc he was an underclassman in our HS. come to think of it, He was what 3 yrs younger than Ryan and I so he should be graduating next yr! oh my gosh how time flies! lol anyway it should be interesting...i cant wait to hear all about it from ryan!
last thursday i went to Barnes and Noble (NOT NOBLES!!!) to study for my first physics test of the summer! this friday is the test! i hope i do ok...im sure i will but idk i mean i get all the stuff goin on cept all that damn vetor crap! i hate vectors! lol oh well im gonna go hit the books some more...plus pcat studying as well this summer!
