you spend the evenings
adding up the moments of your day
then setting them on a scale
to see if waking up
really paid off this time
mark fisher, this writer i saw
talked about depression as an epidemic
spread by capitalist philosophy
i whole heartedly agree
i am lying next to an aryan capitalist
cold in the sheets
i spend my time weighing the moments between us
they bury the day, lately
i think we both have in some way
regretted this aliance
there are secret plots brewing
we are at a game of chess
leaf-strewn and abandoned
it is autumn anyway
anyway
he doesn't believe in depression
or the ssri's
i remember more than my Pill
that tiny fleck that saves life from life
like eliot said
human beings can not bear too much reality
most things only work in theory.
i am strong willed but weak armed
what hope is there after this one?
i would like to stretch out in bed.
