She says to herself, We'll have a teaparty, when we get back. Not just a self-appreciation day -- surely they've earned a dozen of those, and more -- but a proper teaparty, complete with costumes (her closet back home, after all, is full) and cups painted in all the brightest colours but red, encircled across a table as round as rings.
She knows what her role is in this strange new now: If Tsuna-san is to prove that he is strong enough to stand at this family's head, then it is her job to prove that she herself is strong enough to stand as the head of this home. She will give him something to return to, at the end of the day, and she will do so with pride, as any true Mafia wife should.
But perhaps what she most wants to return to herself are the simplicities of childhood, and the softly silken warmth of her best friend's hand woven in so tightly with her own.
